Finurge Capital ('Finurge', 'we', 'us', 'our') respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the rights available to you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. As an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA), we act as an intermediary that sources loan and insurance offers on your behalf; we do not lend or underwrite.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use our website and services:
- Identity & contact data: name, date of birth, gender, email, phone number, and residential/office address.
- KYC & financial data required by lenders: PAN, Aadhaar (as permitted by law), employment and income details, salary slips, ITRs, bank statements, GST returns, and existing loan/EMI obligations.
- Loan/insurance requirement data: product type, amount, tenure and purpose.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To assess indicative eligibility and match you with suitable loan and insurance offers across our partner banks and NBFCs.
- To submit and follow up on your application with the lender(s) you choose.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, application status, and support requests.
- To improve our website, services and customer experience.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, audit and record-keeping obligations, and to prevent fraud.
3. Legal basis & consent
We process your personal data based on the consent you provide when you submit an enquiry or application, and, where applicable, for legitimate uses and legal compliance recognised under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time (see 'Your rights'), though this may prevent us from providing certain services.
4. How we share your data
We share your data only as necessary to provide our services:
- With partner banks, NBFCs and insurers you choose to apply with, so they can evaluate and process your application under their own policies and privacy terms.
- With service providers (for example, technology, cloud hosting, KYC verification and communication providers) who act on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
- With regulators, courts or authorities where required by law.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures - including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices - to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
