Terms of Service

• 'Finurge', 'we', 'us', 'our' means Finurge Capital, a loan advisory and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) firm.
• 'Partner Lender' means a bank, NBFC or insurer with whom we are empanelled.
• 'You', 'your' means any person who accesses our website or uses our services.
• 'Services' means our advisory, comparison, lead-facilitation and documentation-support services.

Finurge Capital is an authorised Direct Selling Agent empanelled with multiple banks and NBFCs. We help you compare and apply for loan and insurance products and support you through documentation.

We do not lend, underwrite or disburse on our own books. All loans and policies are sanctioned, priced, and disbursed at the sole discretion of the Partner Lender based on their credit and underwriting policies. Interest rates, processing fees, eligibility criteria, and all other terms are set solely by the respective Partner Lender.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information and documents.
• Not misrepresent your identity, income, or financial details.
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can service your request.
• Review the Partner Lender's sanction letter and terms carefully before accepting any offer.

Our advisory service is free of charge to you. We are compensated by the Partner Lender by way of commission when a loan sourced through us is disbursed.

Partner Lenders may charge their own processing fees, stamp duty, valuation or other charges, which are disclosed in their sanction letter. We do not collect these on our own account.

Any loan, insurance or other product you obtain is governed by a separate agreement between you and the Partner Lender. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the Partner Lender's decisions, products, or conduct.

All content on this website - including the Finurge Capital name, logo, text, graphics and design - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

Our services and website are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Indicative rates, eligibility and timelines shown are illustrative and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finurge Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for a Partner Lender's decision to approve, decline, price or delay any application. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us for those Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Finurge Capital harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By submitting your details, you consent to be contacted by Finurge Capital and its authorised representatives by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other channels regarding your enquiry, application and related services - even if your number is registered under DND - to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by writing to support@finurgecapital.com.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including Partner Lenders. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may suspend or discontinue the Services, or restrict your access, at any time - for example, in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms - without prior notice and without liability to you.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, changes in law or regulation, or acts of third parties such as Partner Lenders.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Fair Practice Code and Grievance Redressal policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finurge Capital regarding your use of the Services.
